Wall widgets

Every widget the wall display can show, what it reads, and what a tap on it opens: the clock and weather, the day's timeline and this week, meals and the list, chores, points and rewards, timers, notes, sticky notes, checklists, boards, drawings, Ask Margin and web pages.

On this page

A page on the wall display is made of widgets. A grown-up adds, moves and resizes them in Edit wall. Each widget shows the glance on the page; a tap opens the whole thing, one level down, where the household can act as themselves.

Widgets never scroll. If a widget is small, it shows less, and the whole of it is one tap away.

Through Margin Intelligence and other assistants#

Assistants can read and change everything the widgets show (chores, lists, meals, events, notes, checklists, boards, rewards) with the same tools as always. They can also list, save, rename, star and delete the household's wall templates and set the order of the household's people. Arranging a particular screen is done on that screen: an assistant can save a template, and a grown-up uses it on the screen in Edit wall, under Templates.
